How do I know which size to order?
Each product page has a measurement guide with hip and waist measurements in centimetres. We recommend measuring yourself with a soft tape rather than going by your usual clothing size, because knit runs differently from woven fabric. If you are between sizes, size up for briefs and size down for the bra.
What is your return policy if the fit is not right?
Unworn, unwashed items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because lingerie is a hygiene item, we cannot accept returns on worn pieces. If you are unsure about fit, the measurement guide is the most reliable starting point.
How do I wash lingerie without damaging it?
Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent, or use a mesh laundry bag on a delicate machine cycle at 30 degrees. Avoid tumble drying. The heat breaks down the elastane and the fabric loses its stretch recovery. Lay flat to dry.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
Yes. At checkout you can add a gift note and select gift packaging (a small kraft box with a ribbon) for ¥280. Gift cards are available in denominations of ¥2,000, ¥4,000 and ¥6,000 and are sent by email.
How long does delivery take, and do you ship across Japan?
We ship across Japan via Yamato Transport and Japan Post. Yamato typically delivers in 1 to 3 business days depending on your region; Japan Post takes 2 to 5 days. Orders are packed and dispatched within two business days of payment.
Can I pay on delivery, or do I need to pay upfront?
We accept upfront card payment via the site. Cash on delivery is available for Yamato orders. Select it at checkout. We do not currently offer instalment plans.
