Product photos, fit descriptions and articles on this site belong to Ocelot Furnace unless we credit someone else. You may read them, link to them and mention them; reproducing them for commercial purposes needs our permission first, so please write before you do.
Prices and availability
Our seamless pieces are sewn in small batches, so a shade such as taupe or plum can run out, and prices or dispatch times can change before this website catches up. When it matters, go by what we have told you directly in writing, not by what a page said earlier.
How ordering works
This site does not take payments by itself. An order becomes final only after we have confirmed the item, the price and the delivery arrangements with you in writing.
Shipping and returns
Before you commit, we agree with you whether the order goes by Yamato Transport or Japan Post and what that costs. Should a parcel arrive damaged, or hold something other than what was described, let us know soon after it arrives and Ocelot Furnace will replace the item or refund you, whichever fits the situation.

Changes to these terms
Ocelot Furnace may revise these terms as the shop changes, for example if our delivery options or the product range change. The text on this page is always the current, binding version, and significant changes will be visible here.
